CDS Logistics proudly announces the appointment of Jonathan O’Leary as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. With over two decades of industry experience, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise and a visionary approach to lead CDS Logistics into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Jonathan joined CDS Logistics as President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2024. He comes to CDS from Dant Clayton Corporation, where he served as President and CEO. Under his leadership, Dant Clayton experienced significant growth in both revenue and profitability, a clear testament to the substantial value he has consistently created for customers.
Prior to his tenure at Dant Clayton, Jonathan held various executive leadership roles at notable companies such as Commercial Metals Company and Owens Corning. His extensive background spans Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Development. Throughout his career, Jonathan has demonstrated a successful track record by focusing intensely on creating value for customers.
Jonathan will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. His extensive background in supply chain management and dedication to operational efficiency align perfectly with CDS Logistics’ vision. He is passionate about CDS’s guiding principles: Respect for Others, Can Do Attitude, Solve Customer Problems Immediately, Treat Customer Orders Like They Are Our Own, and a Culture of Continuous Improvement. These values resonate deeply with his servant leadership philosophy.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Robert Morris University in Pittsburg, PA, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburg, PA. He is also a current member of the Young Professionals Organization (YPO).
